International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees applied once your shipment reaches the destination country. We cannot predict what these fees will be. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. Your local carrier may provide information on accepted payment methods for these fees upon delivery.

Q: Do I need to sign for the delivery?
A: No signature is required for delivery.

Q: Where do you ship products from?

We sample every item and even visit factories to ensure the highest quality and sustainable practices.

Q: How long does it take to ship my product?
A: It takes 2–3 business days to process and ship your product.

Q: What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?
A: Depending on your location, delivery can take between 7 and 30 days. Rest assured, we will send you your tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.


Returns and Exchanges

Q: How do I return or replace my item?
A: We firmly believe in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee (excluding return shipping fees).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us, and we will refund or exchange your product (your choice) within 30 days, no questions asked.
